Company has an independent quality inspection department with rich experience and high efficiency and strictness. According to the sampling inspection standard of AQL2.5, every batch of large-scale products in the factory is inspected to ensure the quality of customers' products.

Quality inspection process:

1. Understand the production time and progress, and initially arrange inspection work;

2. Understand the production details and the general content of the contract in advance, familiar with the production requirements and customer quality requirements, and familiar with the inspection standards and key points of the inspection;

3. Prepare the necessary instruments for inspection ( tape measure, density meter, calculator, etc. ) and inspection forms ( specific scoring table, key item scoring table, total table );

4. Determine the number of inspections and conduct strict inspections on the extracted products;

5. For some special and unclear defects found during the inspection process, ask the staff on the spot and take a sample of the defect;

6. Check the packaging situation, and check them one by one according to the customer's specific packaging requirements;

7. End the inspection, strictly grade the products and truthfully feed back to the relevant salesperson, and the business will give feedback to the customer.
